I was pleasantly surprised when Becky offered to get an Uber so I didn't have to sit there while the repair was taken care of. I appreciate the friendly people and quality work. Lack of communication and respect for other time. Apt time was 7:30. Was told no more than 3 hours. I called twice and left messages wanting an update. Got a call at 5:30 it was done. When signing my Apt time was 7:30. Was told no more than 3 hours. I called twice and left messages wanting an update. Got a call at 5:30 it was done. When signing my paperwork the van was never looked at until 4:00. Why was I not given a call saying that it was not going to be looked at until 4:00. I missed a day of work instead of half a day. I am a monther if 3 and have 3 jobs. I don’t have time to sit home and wait for my van all day when I had an appointment at 7:30 and it wasn’t looked at until 4:00. This is not a good first impression for me. More

Very easy to work with. The people at the dealer were very easy to work with. I had been to another dealer that totally miss diagnosed what was wrong with my car. Cape Cora The people at the dealer were very easy to work with. I had been to another dealer that totally miss diagnosed what was wrong with my car. Cape Coral Dodge found it immediately and fixed it. My only dislike was that it took almost 2 weeks to get an appointment (other dealer was 3 weeks). This was very difficult since I only have one car and had to get rides from other people while I waited. I did have a second issue right after I got my car back and they took it back in the next day and expedited the repair which was really nice. More
1 4/5 hours for and oil change and tire rotation I brought my pick up truck in for an oil change. I was ask if I wanted the tires rotated so I said yes. I was waiting for the service to be done. Afte I brought my pick up truck in for an oil change. I was ask if I wanted the tires rotated so I said yes. I was waiting for the service to be done. After an hours wait I ask for the status of the oil change and was told it was not ready yet and apologized for the delay and stated they are short staff and everyone had gone to lunch. After a total of almost 2 hours my truck was ready. I did receive a discount on my bill and also got my truck washed. There is a big sign that says express oil change and service. 2 Hours is not express. I will be going else where for my service. More

They never ordered the part even after I paid for it. Then they ordered the wrong part even though they had the VIN.
