Rasiel was quite possibly the best most attentive service writer I have ever encountered. Especially considering we did not purchase our vehicle from Cape Coral dodge. We had an issue with our Jeep and had writer I have ever encountered. Especially considering we did not purchase our vehicle from Cape Coral dodge. We had an issue with our Jeep and had it towed to the dealership Un announced. Rasiel immediately got us in and had the issue fixed within a couple hours. This was the first time since we have had the car that the service was above and beyond. It was nice to have such a bubbly agent who waited on us! I was able to schedule an appointment for my Jeep very quickly. I was offered transportation back home while my vehicle was being serviced and was offered a ride back to the dealership. They accomplishe quickly. I was offered transportation back home while my vehicle was being serviced and was offered a ride back to the dealership. They accomplished an oil change at the same time. They even offered free tire rotation and a multipoint inspection. Great service!! More
