It took over 1 3/4 hours for an oil change and there was only 2 other people waiting in the showroom. Had an appointment at 0900 to get a part fixed / ordered for my door panel. At 1130, I was finally given my car back and told the part had to be ordered. So between my appointment time of 0900 and the time I left at 1130, I waited and wasted 2 and a half hours of my day just to be told nothing had been done. Apparently appointments mean nothing there. It's not the first time I've sat in that waiting room for way too long, but I can guarantee it'll be the last. Will never return to Cape for the purchase of a vehicle or service and will make sure family and friends are aware of the terrible customer service. More
