I had a 10am appointment for a service to install a part. Showed up a few minutes early and had to stand by my vehicle for about 15 minutes before being greeted and checked in. After that I was told it would be about 3 hours wait. I had to stay and wait due to traveling about an hour for this dealership. After about an hour I noticed my vehicle in a parking spot and thought that they have not even gotten it started yet which I was a little upset about but it is what it is. I let another hour go by and saw my vehicle was still sitting there so I asked what the deal was and they said it was done. So I had to sit around for an extra hour for no reason and had to ask before anyone decided to tell me it was completed. More
Service advisor Mike Castori was great. I had talked to someone about getting my vehicle looked at a day prior and was told I would be in an out before a certain time so I wouldn’t be late for work. I asked plenty of times to get in right away a at a day prior and was told I would be in an out before a certain time so I wouldn’t be late for work. I asked plenty of times to get in right away and nobody helped. When I finally got help they checked my vehicle quickly and I had to let someone know I had to go because I was going to be late for work so the lady went to tell them not to do what they needed to do and they still proceeded to work on my vehicle causing me to be late to work. Terrible service More
I dropped my car off to get the brake booster replaced on my car. I was told the car should be done in 2 days. On the third day I called to get an update on the progress of my car (because no-one reached o my car. I was told the car should be done in 2 days. On the third day I called to get an update on the progress of my car (because no-one reached out to me), I was told that they somehow did not actually order the part that first day. I was told the part would be overnighted. Three days later I called for an update (because they did not reach out to update me), and was told that the item was not actually ordered, again. It took an additional SIX (6) days for the part to get there and installed in my car. So, dropped off morning 6/28 8 AM, picked up 11:30 AM 08/08. There are a few explanations for why this happened, and they all involve the service manager not doing his job and terrible customer service. More
The service department did not accurately diagnose the problem. Thankfully we went and got a second opinion to correct the whole issue. First of all, the prices are insanely high & the wait for diagnosis is very long for having an appointment! 2ndly, I to pay the high cost of over $300 just to have my vehicle diagnosed, I should be able to l diagnosis is very long for having an appointment! 2ndly, I to pay the high cost of over $300 just to have my vehicle diagnosed, I should be able to leave with the diagnostic sheet! For goodness sake, I more than paid for it!!!! I took my car to another mechanic anyway, without the diagnostic sheet, & they were able to fix the problems at 1/10th the cost!!! This shows the outrageousness of your pricing!!! More

Dealership was great and people were extremely helpful. I am happy with there service, right down to their drinks.
