After I bought the vehicle I got a bolt in my tire. I called my sales guy and he and the manager told me to bring it in and it was taken care of. Very quick and efficient. I had a 10am appointment for a service to install a part. Showed up a few minutes early and had to stand by my vehicle for about 15 minutes before being greeted and checked in. After that I was told it would be about 3 hours wait. I had to stay and wait due to traveling about an hour for this dealership. After about an hour I noticed my vehicle in a parking spot and thought that they have not even gotten it started yet which I was a little upset about but it is what it is. I let another hour go by and saw my vehicle was still sitting there so I asked what the deal was and they said it was done. So I had to sit around for an extra hour for no reason and had to ask before anyone decided to tell me it was completed. More

I had talked to someone about getting my vehicle looked at a day prior and was told I would be in an out before a certain time so I wouldn’t be late for work. I asked plenty of times to get in right away a at a day prior and was told I would be in an out before a certain time so I wouldn’t be late for work. I asked plenty of times to get in right away and nobody helped. When I finally got help they checked my vehicle quickly and I had to let someone know I had to go because I was going to be late for work so the lady went to tell them not to do what they needed to do and they still proceeded to work on my vehicle causing me to be late to work.
