The rental was not discounted and my vehicle was held hostage until I paid. The asst service manager was unable to help. You guys had my vehicle for 4 days Day 1 - wifi didn't work Day 2 - diagnosis hostage until I paid. The asst service manager was unable to help. A discount was not applied. I still disagree that I should have to pay for the entire for the rental. A courtesy vehicle should be provided if your diagnosis and service goes longer than the business day. This was four days. It's bad customer service and no one would produce your courtesy vehicle policy because my vehicle does not have a warranty. I've had serious concerns with my vehicle and every time I bring it in I have to fight with you guys because I've spent thousands of dollars at your facility over the course of the years for service and the treatment of your loyal customers should be a priority. In fact the shifter in my vehicle should not repeatedly have issues. There has to be a design flaw because thousands in repairs everytime there is an issue should not happen with a quality vehicle. Also they would not let me apply one of the several service coupons on your website. Everyone left for the day and that would not call anyone to assist when I showed up at 530 pm. My invoice was over $2000 and I think the coupon could have been easily applied for loyal customers and your dealership can still make money from the service provided. I am extremely frustrated with having to deal with CDJR, you guys never make it an easy experience. More
I have had a auto start/stop issue/ light on the dash since the first week we left the dealership and we have been back a few times to get it fixed and they can’t fix it. I’m assuming they clear the code and do a test ride and then write it off as fixed and then by the end of the day for me the light comes back on and the auto start stop does not work. I was just surprised they would sell a 70,000 car that does not fully function. And I’m assuming now I just keep the vehicle with the lights on because they can’t fix it. I sent a txt to the service guy that takes care of it and he said well it was fine for us and I wrote him just an our after the car left so that’s why I’m assuming they just clear the codes in order to sign it off because he never said to bring it back. i just want the issue fixed More
