I was on my part to trying fix my vehicle. I was told I would be notified when the part to fix it came in…. I had to call after 6 weeks of no communication from you dealership. After call that I made.I was informed the part was in. I show up, part is installed. Get my vehicle back and it has water spots all over it. This usually comes from a sprinkler, however I did not ask and I needed to get back to work. Therefore my vehicle did not look the same as I brought it in to your dealership. I would hope you can have your employees communicate better regarding parts that need to be installed and make sure the vehicle is clean before they leave. More

Took truck for oil change/recall on the tailgate & fuel filter change. After about an hour they came back and told me that it was my fault the tailgate was broken and that I would have to pay for it. However, a certified Chrysler dealership performed the original recall repair. After the repair, I could not open the tailgate. When I returned for a repair on their work, they expected me to pay for not only that but parts the first Dodge dealership broke in doing the recall repair. More
