The service department is great, the sales and GM team is horrible. I purchased a new 2024 grand Wagoneer, series III on Friday. Within an hour of driving it off the lot, the car broke down. They gave me a l horrible. I purchased a new 2024 grand Wagoneer, series III on Friday. Within an hour of driving it off the lot, the car broke down. They gave me a loaner and went to fix the car. All weekend they had it and no one contacted me, I had to continually text the sales rep about the car. I asked for a manager or GM to call me. They said they would and no one ever did. I contacted again on Monday, they said someone would be in touch and the car would be ready. Finally, in the afternoon Obi from service contacted me (he’s great!) and talked about what was going on. The car had another issue on Tuesday, I had to take it back into the dealership. Still no contact from a GM or manager even asking how to help or apologizing for the inconvenience. You buy a $120k car and except it to work at the very least and further if it doesn’t someone to at least reach out to help. Once they got our money from the sale, we were dead to them. Never buying from this dealership again, unless they revolutionize their customer service. More
