When in for navagation update was quote 266. 00 waited for over an hour with a schedule appointment and i was told that the update wouldn't work. Shouldnt they have know this especially with 00 waited for over an hour with a schedule appointment and i was told that the update wouldn't work. Shouldnt they have know this especially with the Vin # Disappointed took my money and left the same way as coming in and less $266 . I own a business if i charge whatever amt and i couldn't competed it I wont charge them. Sad Never going back after this experience. More

Brought my Jeep Grand Cherokee that is under warranty for the service folks to fix the windscreen washer pump that had stopped. They were friendly, I was able to use their WIFI and worked during the time tha the service folks to fix the windscreen washer pump that had stopped. Quoted me a price so I made my appointment. When I got there they said I had to leave my car 3-4 hrs and then called me 6 times to tell me that they couldn’t figure out the pricing for my new t When I got there they said I had to leave my car 3-4 hrs and then called me 6 times to tell me that they couldn’t figure out the pricing for my new tire/balancing and placement. I asked if they could honor or discount the bill since I was quoted and drove over an hour to do business with other them. They said no so I told them I would leave a review about the situation and then they Ended up telling me to do them a favor and not to come back and that they are denying services to me. Wasted my whole day/ gas/ toll/ my Uber ride from the dealership there and back since they told me it would take 3-4 hrs even with an appointment. Do no go here they treat you as if your business is dispensable, they do not honor their word or quotes, they are mean and unprofessional. The manager was the rudest of them all and very unpleasant told me never to come back. Bought my car there in 2019 when Jay was the GM. Looks like they’re going downhill quickly. They told me he is no longer there not sure if they lied or not but he was the man that sold me my jeep when they first opened. More
