Horrible customer service! They had my car for 12 weeks and after 18k in repairs paid out by insurance, it still was not right. They never kept me informed on the progress and nobody ever answers the phone in the service dept. My car is currently in another Dodge dealer getting the work done that Cape Coral neglected to do! They even forgot to reconnect some of my safety sensors within the car. These guys are not certified mechanics! Certified mechanics just don't neglect that stuff nor should they forget to reconnect the safety features!! Just plain lazy horrible work and terrible customer care and service!! More

I was quoted between 3-$ 400 for a diognosyics on my 2018 Pacificia. Upon hearing estimate for repair I in formed the office I will take vehicle home and delay repairs .Paying for diogonystic it suddenly b Pacificia. Tom was my original adviser and for over a week would never give me an update unless I texted him first. He either quit or got fired and said the service manager would be talking to me as my information never give me an update unless I texted him first. He either quit or got fired and said the service manager would be talking to me as my information was passed to him. Service manager didn’t call me he had someone else call me despite this being an abnormal case. Then the service manager finally stepped in and it was just as hard if not harder to get a hold of him unless I physically showed up to the dealership. After 37 days I received my car unresolved since Chrysler corporate wanted to be greedy and selfish. After my last two services I would not recommend this dealership. I also had to fix my door on both occasions I brought my car in for service as I explained the doors were special and they proceeded to make no note of it and obviously the message was never passed along. More
