Ray the service department manager refused to give me a discount on my service when it was the dealerships fault. My time and inconvenience due to your alignment machine being broke. I got no phone call and had to wait 20 minutes before someone came to tell me. Then I was told they were going to call me when it’s fixed. Never called. Will think twice about service at this dealership again. More

unsafe alignment.. Front end alignment,left loose bolts. Got about Half way home when i felt steering was off and front left tire caster was out.Had Re-alignment done at Front end alignment,left loose bolts. Got about Half way home when i felt steering was off and front left tire caster was out.Had Re-alignment done at home Chrysler dealership, they confirmed that two bolts were not torqued down to spec.VERY DANGEROUS CONDITION !! Contacted service manager Raymond Powers at Cape Coral Chrysler 3 times and was promised refund . Empty promises very very poor customer service. Will contact Chrysler Customer service as my next step..Would NOT recommend this dealership even to top air up in tires. Dont know meaning of CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! It has been 7 weeks since I first contacted Cape Coral Chrysler and Raymond Powers and all I have is empty Promises, VERY SAD SITUATION! More
