Repair should have been warranty work, expensive!! I dropped my vehicle off for a simple recall. The service writer tried to sell me a $161 front end alignment on a vehicle with 8800 miles on it. He denied that the alignment was covered under the factory warranty and refused to submit a warranty claim, despite being told that the warranty clearly covered it. To their credit, once management (Dennis Tagge) became involved, the issue was quickly resolved and I received the alignment under my factory warranty. More

Best Chrysler dealer I was met by the cheerful Rebecca Dodds who logged me in and gave me a brief tour. Everyone I came in contact with were as nice as Rebecca. The oil change took longer then expected but I had a complaint about a noise when I opened the doors. There was also a software update which was done.
