I stopped by the dealership to see what kind of vehicles were out there. I was greeted by Jose and he was super nice to both me and my son. I told him what I was looking for and how my credit and history lo were out there. I was greeted by Jose and he was super nice to both me and my son. I told him what I was looking for and how my credit and history looked like. He took me around to see what kind of vehicles fit the requirements that I had given him. We did some paperwork and before I knew it I was approved for a brand new vehicle. This is the very first new car I have ever purchased and by far the easiest interaction I have ever had at a dealership. The finance team worked wonders and was able to get me approved with my history. I couldn't be happier with all of the staff that helped me and my son get into a new car. More
had may vehicle for over 3 days because the check engine light was on. Tech cleared the codes, but couldn't locate the problem that caused it to happen in the first place. Made an appointment to get 2 recalls fixed. Was told there are actually 3. They send me on my way, believing my recalls will be fixed. When I’m contacted to pick up my vehicle, I am then told they have there are actually 3. They send me on my way, believing my recalls will be fixed. When I’m contacted to pick up my vehicle, I am then told they have to order parts to complete 2 of 3 issues. REALLY?! What’s the point of making an appointment?! It’s an inconvenience to get repairs done in the first place, especially when it’s a recall. So inconvenience me twice by not having the parts you knew you needed at the time the original appointment was made. It’s a Jeep. You sell and repair Jeeps. You are aware they are recalled. You don’t have the parts? What?! Idiotic to say the least. I could go on and on, but you’ve wasted enough of my time already. More
