I have mixed feelings about this dealership I have mixed feelings - the sales process was great. The sales person, general manager and finance person were very nice. Made making the decision to lease a Jeep easier. The aftermarket follow up was lacking. I made many attempts to contact these people and a few others due to issues such as no registration received, skylink not set up and I never received a follow up call back. I finally went on chat and filed a complaint, was told I would get a call back - never happened - Emma sent me an email 2 days later asking if my issues had been resolved. The answer was a resounding NO. Finally received a call from Rick - finance on the 19th - apparently there were problems with the payoff on my trade in - of which as of 3/20 the monthly payment is past due, there is a late fee assessed and obviously the loan has not been paid off. I am still waiting on a resolution for this. Service and Parts are next - I will be ordering a part for install - We shall see what happens More

I was met at the service lane by Rebecca and she quickly and efficiently gathered all my info and had my 2019 Durango serviced within a few minutes! She also had a master tech check my issue which turned out to be just a tweak of the settings in the Uconnect. I was in and out in no time at all. Was very pleased with the service department, especially Rebecca. She is truly a valued employee. More

I then realized i was only given one key. Ha,d to get truck flatbedded to dealership. i pay for road assistance, call # and am put on hold, then hung up on! I call private tow company and $170.00 later of my own money im at cape cral dodge. driver calls and says arrived at 2pm. call rude receptionist several times and she calls back saying i got it in 2 late. you did rekey 4 free, but only gave me one new key. now im in same predicament if i lose! even my lawnmower came with 2 keys. i regret ever walking through your door!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! patty was awesome More
Worst experience ever! I was excited to buy my first car cane here with a down payment and ok credit score . I told them what I was looking for. I brought a friend along with me and immediately they said they got bad vibes of the place and not to go back there. anyways they gave me three cars to look at they weren’t listening to anything I was saying, I looked at a car came back the next day . I told them my expectationsoff the rip and that I didn’t want to waste peoples time and they said they could work with me and give me some crazy down payment for a 2015 Honda Civic, which I mind you the battery was dead both times, the interior was gross and smells like urine .. my sales guy Tory was a sweetheart. I was also working with a fellow that I can’t remember his name but he was ok and trying to help me. Then there was big mike who was kosher enough. But I wish I had the name of the sales guy who asked me to shake his hand and acted like he was doing me a favor when really it was the biggest insult and he basically said that he didn’t want to sell to me and had nothing to accommodate me. So I left really upset trying to fight back the tears just extremely disappointed and Tori in the other sales guy came outside to try to work with me and talk to me after that they offered me a lower car down payment and the 200 high $200 range and just have me sign off on the car and I didn’t want to do business with them after that, they didnt offer that to me when I was inside. they waited until I was in tears andIt was just very frustrating in a horrible experience .I truly hope no one has to go through that. Not only that I came in there with the preapproval and I had a reference number I told him specifically what Bank I wanted to go through and they went off on their own when they did not have my permission and ran my credit to God knows how many times and put a bunch a hard inquiries on my credit I was very very very adamant about my credit and it not being ran without my permission and they went ahead and did it anyways there’s way too many places around that will accommodate you and try to work with you please don’t go here More
