Nice dealership but People were friendly but as we were finishing the paperwork they informed me they are not an official “MOPAR” dealer. They don’t participate in mopar promotions or do mopar rebates. Part of my company loyalty program includes free oil changes for the first few times with a purchase of a Chrysler product. They said since they are not a mopar dealer they can’t provide the oil changes. Disappointed they didn’t tell me until the end of the paperwork. I am hoping they would make this right but they refused. More

Very poor customer service Parts were ordered and appointment was set when parts came in. Appointment was for 8am so we dropped the truck off the night before. We did not hear from the service department all day so we called at about 3pm to check if the truck was finished. To our disappointment we were told that the truck had been overlooked and no one had even started on it. We picked it up and set another appointment for next week. We will try waiting for it so we can check on the progress. More

Blake was my service advisor. He was awesome and took down some of my specialty notes about my Jeep to pass on to the tech about work I had performed on it years earlier. My clock spring had failed 5 years ago, long before the recall. I replaced it myself, and wasn’t sure if it was still up for recall. Being a former tech/advisor myself, I appreciate that Blake, nor anyone else questioned what I was saying, they were super relaxed about everything. More

Standard Brake job took 3 days Dropped my Durango to have the breaks changed Saturday morning. Didn't finish it that day. Closed Sunday, and no call back or updates on Monday. Even after calling a number of times Monday afternoon, I was told I would be called back with an update, no call back. I finally just had to show up and start asking anyone who would listen as to where my car was. I know you guys are new but, that's awful customer service. AWFUL. More
