Excellent Customer Service Being from out of town and looking to a long trip home I decide to get an oil change on my 2017 Wrangler Sahara Unlimted. Upon arrival(I had an appointment) the tech advisor informed me that it will be an hour as there are several customers ahead of me. Being the a "'I do not like to wait kind of guy" I moaned but agreed to wiat. Within a half hour the advisor approached with the news that my oil change was complete and that there was no charge since there remained a complementary oil change from when I purchased the Jeep. This was a double bonus as Jeep maintains universal information on the vehicle (very helpful) and the advisor met my expectations--not always obtainable these days. I appreciated the level of customer care and understanding of the customers needs. In my line of business this is the type of support and understanding of the customers needs I look for and expect.
