Awful dealership The absolute worst experience in buying a new car I’ve ever had !!!! First of all they screwed up all of the paperwork, putting the wrong Vin numbe The absolute worst experience in buying a new car I’ve ever had !!!! First of all they screwed up all of the paperwork, putting the wrong Vin number on everything which caused a tremendous amount of the problems. It takes them forever to correct their mistake which causes problems with the first payment and now two months later they still cannot provide the hard licenses plates that they were paid to get it. Phone call after phone call with no response They told my daughter to drive with expired tags and they would give her a letter to give to the police officer to tell him that the tags are in process, two months after the purchase. They were supposed to run credit through two places, I have received seven notifications in writing numerous more through emails and from credit protection services. Still until today I am receiving credit protection services notifications that Cape Coral Dodge is still running my credit. Typically I would not write a bad review however they refuse to correct the issues and return phone calls . THE WORST, DO NOT GO HERE!!! ******After posting a review on their Facebook page, I received a call from one of the managing partner Jay. He quickly got my daughter a dealer tag to use until he can get a permanent tag. He was told that the situation was resolved but now he is spearheading this corrective action. It’s a crying shame that people cannot trust their employees to do the right thing.**** More
Got it fixed I've been in three times for service. Service work experience was good, but after I paid my bill, I had to hunt for my car each time. I would sugg I've been in three times for service. Service work experience was good, but after I paid my bill, I had to hunt for my car each time. I would suggest that a person be available to point the location of your car. This last time the cashier that took my money went outside and hit the panic button on key chain to locate the car and then someone finally brought it forward. Car was out in the back 40. Not good.and easy to correct. I will come back, but would like to see improvement in this area. Beautiful dealership. More

I said this place is slow.his response was I have To walk from my office. He took my info and said come with me to my office...I figured we had a long walk....nope one lane over was the door.....really 20 ‘minutes to get there....I will go back to fort Myers location even though I live in the Cape.....much friendlier too. Can attest to that fact now that I have had warranty service attempted at this dealership. The most ridiculous proposed resolution to my surround sound speaker buzzing complaint was stated by the service technician as "turned treble and bass down to normal". My $3,000 Harmon Kardon surround sound system installed in my 2019 Ram 1500 truck is designed by the manufacturer to provide AM/FM broadcasts of high quality sound and/or reproduce digital quality music or sound from pre-recorded devices such as USB or CD remote plug-ins. That high quality sound reproduction is designed by the Harmon Kardon manufacturer to reproduce digital sound within the 20Hz to 22,000Hz frequency range. The resolution written by the service technician that his/her "normal" is the prescribed (or only) remedy for a buzzing speaker is absurd. Why does Ram offer a high end 19 speaker stereo system that must be tuned so that only the middle frequency music reproduction of, say 5,000Hz to 15,000Hz, should be established? This is the dumbest recommendation I have ever encountered from a FCA technician. More

Casandra was very professional and fast. The only thing that happened was we had the tires on our 2500 Ram rotated .Some how the nitrogen in the tires was not right.
