A headache and an experience to avoid I unfortunately had to go to this establishment on three separate occasions. I live in Naples and decided to go to the Cape Coral Location because my I unfortunately had to go to this establishment on three separate occasions. I live in Naples and decided to go to the Cape Coral Location because my Girlfriend lives there. My Jeep unfortunately had a recall that needed to be taken care of. (Visit One) The service advisors didn’t seem to know what was going on. I had made an appointment mind you, however, I still had to wait. Once my vehicle was in there hands I never heard from them. I had to call since their service department was going to close and only then did they tell me they needed to keep my Jeep. Upon picking up my vehicle (I called them) they were still all over the place. I thought I’d be done at that point. My Jeep started having alignment issues so I brought it back to them. (Second visit) They also had to Keep my vehicle overnight once again. This in my mind was unnecessary. They preformed an alignment and a tire rotation. When I went to go pick up my vehicle it took ten minutes for someone to even acknowledge me. You would think at this point I’d be done. Well low and behold two weeks later my vehicle started having issues again. Issues that happened prior to repairing the recall and my alignment was off once again. Due to the fact that this is where I got the work done I was going to have to go back. However, this only occurred because the service manager called me because of the last review I made. He assured me he wanted to make everything right. He would put me in a rental until all issues were taken care of. I agreed and showed up at the time we agreed upon. Upon arriving he didn’t even remember our conversation. He then directed me to another advisor. I dropped it on a Friday and didn’t hear anything all day. I waited till Saturday. Still nothing. So I called. I spoke to an advisor who said that my vehicle was thrown at him. Meaning he wasn’t privy to the issue. He told me my vehicle hadn’t been touched since they don’t do diagnostics on Saturdays. That it would get looked at on Monday and he would get back to me. So when he finally got back to me he gave me a list of issues that needed to be tended to. Over $1200 worth of service. Things that should have been caught the last two times I had been. I guess their multipoint inspections are a shame. I agreed to let them fix all the issues. I was told to come get my vehicle on Wednesday. Spoke to the advisor and he told me to just go leave the rental car that the dealership would be paying for its use. I did as so. Not even ten minutes after leaving I get a call from the Hertz representative there and I am told I am responsible for paying for the gas in the rental car. This was the tip of the iceberg. I had to go back and pay for the gas. No one was around for me to even speak to about the issue. However, plenty of people were on their phones or conversing. The service department of this dealership is the most unprofessional, disorganized, incompetent establishment I have ever been to. I WILL NEVER RETURN. I will make sure to let others know that they should go elsewhere. I’ll drive to Orlando before having to go there. Think twice before bringing your vehicle there. More
Neverending Arrived at dealership at 9:30AM and left with my vehicle at 7:00PM. Long tiring day. Couldn't find a vehicle I wanted even though their website indicated they had several. Once located the vehicles would not start because the battery was dead. Went onto the lot and found my own vehicle. Service was apparently slow in trying to start the vehicle I wanted. The reason I hung in there is because the salesman, Sales manager and even other salesmen were helpful and informative. Also I believe I received a fair deal for the vehicle I purchased. More

Helpful, friendly staff Just in to have splash guards installed. Came in for appointment at 1pm done at 4pm . I think 3 hours is a bit long but other than that ,good service. The staff very friendly, from Jesus that helped to get us in for oil change, free tire rotation and free car wash, to Daniel Ferret who showed us the Gladiator and answered our questions and Giankarlo Serrano who offered us water and sat with us and talked a bit and last but not least the very nice woman (Sorry didn't get name) behind the merchandise counter. She was very pleasant to talk to and we got a free teddy bear. Very pleasant experience. More
more than 15 days and problem not solved more than 15 days and two long visit to the dealer service department to try to fix a high mount back up camera stop light cargo bed fixture that got more than 15 days and two long visit to the dealer service department to try to fix a high mount back up camera stop light cargo bed fixture that got moisture inside, and to replace radio-nav system later told to reprogram. told to wait for a week for parts to arrive, got to the dealer again on new date, non the camera-stop light fixture nor the radio were replaced, not even reprogrammed, still same issues with the radio-nav system. I asked them to show me the part replaced (I have pictures) they were not able to show me the part replaced and came saying they just replaced the inside of the camera or the camera inside the fixture. I explained the whole unit is faulty if allows the moisture to get to the camera. they do not care, never showed me not even the supposedly camera replaced. In my navigation system still record of previous trips and phone calls proved they did not reprogram, then said made just an upgrade... i did not need them to run upgrades... at this dealer, i just don't feel they even care. More
Terrible False diagnosis of my vehicle, got a second opinion and wound up getting it fixed somewhere else. Charged me $136, for absolutely NOTHING. Had my vehicle for 3 days and COMPLETELY misdiagnosed the troubles. So it would have wasted my time and money to follow through with their diagnosis, and would have been back to get it fixed in a few days. The mechanics here need to be trained. I have the paperwork for everything if you don’t believe me. More
