Recall and service 4 trips of 42 miles for nothing. They said they had the parts and didn't. No apologies. Great experience My Ram 3500 was not running correctly, stalling out etc. Got it to Cape Coral Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. When I got there, I was told by a greeter (unkn My Ram 3500 was not running correctly, stalling out etc. Got it to Cape Coral Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. When I got there, I was told by a greeter (unknown name) that I would have to make an appointment, they were too busy and were backed up. I told this person what was going on with the truck. He summoned a service consultant who was able to get my truck in. The next day I was contacted by Brian, who told what was wrong. They had the work done that day. Brian gave some useful information about my truck. He was excellent. I will definitely be returning there for service. More
