The service writer Andrew was on top of the job from the start and got my van in when I was told that service appointments were two weeks out, and I thank him for that. More

Andrew Wiedman was my initial point of contact at the Service Department; he listened to my concerns and assured me that the service technicians would check out my issues. Andrew gave me an estimate time of completion and offered me the courtesy shuttle but I decided to wait. During my time spent there Andrew checked to see if there was anything I needed and provided me with updates on my vehicle. I give Andrew five stars for his awesome customer service. More

Repair should have been warranty work, expensive!! I dropped my vehicle off for a simple recall. The service writer tried to sell me a $161 front end alignment on a vehicle with 8800 miles on it. He denied that the alignment was covered under the factory warranty and refused to submit a warranty claim, despite being told that the warranty clearly covered it. To their credit, once management (Dennis Tagge) became involved, the issue was quickly resolved and I received the alignment under my factory warranty. More
