Smooth and Easy, just the way I like it! Basic stuff really: oil change, tire rotation, couple of recall items. When car was ready, ON TIME, I was contacted promptly and informed about part on order. Picked up the car and hey, it was 4-5x cleaner than when I brought it in!! More

Lured down under false pretenses Sent email inquiry on 2014 Yukon. Received email and phone call saying the vehicle was available to be looked at. Upon arrival, the vehicle cannot be Sent email inquiry on 2014 Yukon. Received email and phone call saying the vehicle was available to be looked at. Upon arrival, the vehicle cannot be found on the lot...at all. Salesman states that vehicle was sent to auction 2 or 3 days prior. Why was the vehicle still on the website? Why was the salesman still holding the keys to the vehicle if it had been sent to auction? Why was I emailed AND called by the staff informing me that the vehicle was available to be seen? I feel as if we were told that the vehicle was available in the hopes that we would find something more expensive. More
