Hidden flaws Immediately after arriving home I noticed that the key fob could not open any door or lock an open door. Changed both batteries, no change. Called Big Immediately after arriving home I noticed that the key fob could not open any door or lock an open door. Changed both batteries, no change. Called Big Mike advised him of the defect. Said he would check and get back to me. Called back and said dealership didn’t have equipment to reset key. Went to mechanic. He diagnosed a “door module” or “body module”. Lost a day of my life. When a service contract from another CDJR dealer is not honored the customer becomes a pawn in some stupid game. Mostly good As a new customer had to figure out where to go to talk to service people. Felt ignored initially. Rebeca offered to have it washed ( no time at that point) and had the service folks fix the air pressure. All good. More
