Radio service This was the second time I had the Durango in for bad reception on my FM radio. The Sirius works fine..I do not use this service. I would not recommend Jay's free tire rotation. I went in for an oil change and Jay's free tire rotation. Four lug nuts were mangled when the project manager informed me that the lug nuts on my 2014 I went in for an oil change and Jay's free tire rotation. Four lug nuts were mangled when the project manager informed me that the lug nuts on my 2014 RAM were swollen. I wasn't sure if this was a scam or just a moron mechanic who didn't know the difference between tighten and loosen. The manager should have checked out the disbelief of the mechanic's statement. When I was picking up my truck I put my lug wrench on all my lug nuts and all were fine except the four nuts on the one wheel the mechanic was working on. I fault the project manager for not following up on the preposterous claim and the mechanic for being a xxxxxx. The manager did however find someone to replace the mangled nuts. I did however have to double check all the work that was done when arriving home. The manager earlier on did say I could have all my lug nuts replaced for $252. More
