I Have Never Been Treated This Poorly I visited this establishment to lease a new 2020 Jeep Wrangler. I knew the exact vehicle I wanted and came in with the VIN number so the sales person I visited this establishment to lease a new 2020 Jeep Wrangler. I knew the exact vehicle I wanted and came in with the VIN number so the sales person could see exactly what I wanted. Knowing the vehicle was at another dealership, I knew that may not have been the exact Jeep I would end up with. I told Peggy, the saleswoman, multiple times that I was only interested in LEASING the vehicle and I had Friends and Family pricing. Peggy had no idea what FCA Friends and Family pricing was. Peggy returned with a FINANCE offer, not the lease I had asked for multiple times, that wasn't even close to a reasonable finance offer. I very nicely asked for a lease offer, not a finance offer. After 10 minutes of waiting, Peggy returned and told me that "Jeep does not lease vehicles". I showed her Jeep.com and what the LEASE price came out for the Jeep I was looking at. She took a picture of my phone and angrily stormed off. Peggy returned after another 10 minutes and asked me to prove that I did not fake the lease calculator on Jeep.com. Finally after another 10 minutes, Peggy returned and slammed the lease offer in front of me with an absurd price that was 50% higher than the already unreasonable finance offer I never asked for. When I asked Peggy if this was a serious offer, she smiled and said "That is the best we will do for YOU." At this point, I stood up and told Peggy not to bother calling me and left the dealership. After leaving Cape Coral Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, I called the FCA Dealership that had the Jeep I was wanting and they made me one offer that was better than the pricing on Jeep.com. 30 hours after initial contact, the jeep was driven 151 miles to my driveway and I signed the papers to my Brand New 2020 Jeep Wrangler at my kitchen table. Stay far away from Cape Coral Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and stay even further away from Peggy Navarrette (Cape Coral Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Saleswoman). More
