Arnold in the parts department is extremely friendly and certainly knows his way around the Chrysler parts computer system. Both of them were very pleasant to deal with. This is only my second interaction with the new dealership and so far I am very pleased. I have a Ram Promaster and when I got it back it had been washed. It's a big van and getting it back all nice and clean was an unexpected treat. More

Cassandra is spot on ! I spent 3 days this wk at CC DODGE/JEEP/RAM.. I brought my Sebring in for oil chge & Tire rotation on Tuesday& after Inspection an air filter was re I spent 3 days this wk at CC DODGE/JEEP/RAM.. I brought my Sebring in for oil chge & Tire rotation on Tuesday& after Inspection an air filter was recommended but not in stock...... not a problem ! + my passenger front signal light was inoperable.... I requested they fix immediately. I came back on Thursday as I'd promised, for the filter and waited patiently while my estimated 1/2 hr job turned into 3+ hrs & finally I questioned what the problem was... After roughly 20-30 mins it was on the exit aisle... I started my car and immediately my Engine Caution light came on. . . It was Chad again and taken back to the shop to re-set the Computer.... After this experience, I decided when arriving home, I'd xx the passenger front signal bulb which I'd paid to have replaced on Tuesday ... I was unbelievably dissapointed to find it laying in my headlight assembly... I emailed Cassandra and it was taken care of immediately on Fri. A.m. More
