I was greeted by a service rep at 10:25. After that I have no complaints. The dealership is beautiful and there is plenty of seating and sunlight. Very pleased. Service Advisor was very professional. Find another dealership I had an appointment for 8:00-10:30 am. I dropped the truck off in the morning, and returned at 7 pm to retrieve it. I was notified at that time that I had an appointment for 8:00-10:30 am. I dropped the truck off in the morning, and returned at 7 pm to retrieve it. I was notified at that time that they didn't get to it. Throughout the day, I tried to contact the service department by phone to no avail. My calls were dropped. When I called back, I asked to talk to the general manager. Instead, I got his voicemail, which was never responded to. I understand extenuating circumstances, but this was ridiculous. There were too many breakdowns in customer service in just 1 day. A week later, I am still waiting for that phone call from the general manager. Apparently, customer service at this dealership is more important to me, than it is to them. More
