Warranty work I had 2 items under warranty to be looked at/fixed. They both were fixed along with a recall that just came out. I hadn’t even been notified about the recall, but the service writer informed me & said if they had the parts in stock they would fix it while my vehicle was there. That saved me another trip of dropping the vehicle off. Great service & employees! On top of it, they washed my vehicle!! More

High prices, long wait As a winter resident of Cape Coral, I looked forward to giving your new dealership a try. All I wanted was an oil change. The first words out of the s As a winter resident of Cape Coral, I looked forward to giving your new dealership a try. All I wanted was an oil change. The first words out of the service rep's mouth were "it'll be at least an hour and a half because we're backed up". I decided to wait and a little over an hour and a half later, I was summoned to the cashier. I was floored when I saw that I was being charged $68.55 for an oil change. When I got home, I pulled out my maintenance records for the car. Before we came south for the winter, I had an oil change at our local Chrysler dealer and they charged me $35.10 for the same service. My last oil change service in Florida was at Galeana Chrysler in Ft. Myers. They charged me $29.95. Needless to say, you won't see me in your dealership again. More
