Fixed recall but no follow through when car ready I brought my Jeep in for a recall. No problems the first time I brought it in. They said he’s it needs to be fixed, we will order the parts and call you. They called a few weeks later and we scheduled the appointment for the fix. Went in, good customer service. Was told it would take roughly 4 hours. Dropped it off at 8am. It was nearing 2pm and I hadn’t heard anything. We had to leave and I tried for 45 mins to contact someone to tell me if my car was ready. Finally got a hold of the service person and he said yes it’s ready. Rush over to pick it up. Find out the car was ready at 11:50am. I wish someone would have called at noon when it was ready. I also was told I would receive a complementary car wash. I don’t think that happened. My car had grass clippings still on the side from when my fiancé cut the grass at our house a week prior. Since we were in a rush and past due to pick up the car, I didn’t mention it because we couldn’t wait anymore. The car runs great now. But I really wish there was a better system to follow up when people’s cars are completed. More

I did extensive research into the exact vehicle I wanted and the price I wanted it at. We were greeted by Jason Jans who was very friendly and he informed me that the specific truck I saw online was already sold. We took a similar RAM for a test drive but it didn’t have all the features we wanted. Ironically the owner had the RAM I wanted and it was in the service area. Disappointed. We were ready to go when another salesperson came out, Giankarlo Serrano. He explained to us that he really enjoys selling the owner’s vehicles and told us “let’s make it yours”. We met the owner, who came up with a number we were happy with and left with his Ram. Richard Smith handled the financing. No pressure and explained all of the additional warranty options. I would definitely come back to this dealer. More
Smooth used car purchase My salesman, Matthew, was very helpful and accommodating during the negotiations and purchase of the vehicle I found on line through True Car. Should I ever purchase a vehicle from Cape Coral CDJR again, I would never agree to the electronic signatures. The finance person briefly described what I would be signing, but I did not have an opportunity to actually read the documents, at least one of which I would have never signed. I did not receive copies of everything I signed either, although they are in the dealership file. I had the true car price, but feel there were excessive fees added for electronic Registration Filing Fee for $289.99, then additional Government Title, Registration and License Fees of $322.73 plus Third-Party Tag Agency Fee of $23.00, for a total of $635.72, which is ridiculous and totally out of line—my fault for not asking specifically about the charge to transfer title, plates and registration myself, which would have been a fraction of that sum! More
make ya fix everything but the problem Well, I spent over $800.00 this time, after over $1,200.00, last time just in May, and STILL having the same problem of a rumble vibration when d Well, I spent over $800.00 this time, after over $1,200.00, last time just in May, and STILL having the same problem of a rumble vibration when driving 40 - 60 mph...typical dealer service, can't fix a problem without fixing everything else at high cost before LOOKING at the problem your vehicle is experiencing, then tell you, pay more and they will keep testing! And by the way, I replaced the sensors you said need to be replaced before you could do more looking, rumble vibration still there! Cost another $150.00... And this is the 2nd Chrysler Service center that couldn't find the fix for the rumble vibration within the last year, Labelle Chrysler was first, and they too, wanted everything else replaced before they could work toward maybe fixing the problem! Well over $3,000.00 of my investment into new parts, 2 rebuild/replacements of transmissions by the dealers, and still vibration problem that wasn't there in the first 130,000 miles. Everything else is replaced! My 2010 4.0 Town & Country van, not such good deal anymore. Making me look at other brands, and I'm a life time Chrysler guy... Thanks Chrysler, if it is the flex plate...2 transmission jobs should have fixed that! More
