Hunter our service advisor and he walked us through the process of the timeframe and cost associated with our repair, we were satisfied and agreed to have the work completed. As we ventured inside the dealership we could not believe the state of the art design not to mention the complimentary refreshments. Mr. Hunter returned and gave us the good news that the car was complete and it would be just a few more minutes as he was having the car washed. Ordering 2020 Jeep JL I recently ordered a custom 2020 Jeep and it came in very quickly. However the only issue I had was the sales rep that was going to take care of me wa I recently ordered a custom 2020 Jeep and it came in very quickly. However the only issue I had was the sales rep that was going to take care of me was no longer working there. So during this process of ordering and waiting, I was out of the loop for about 3 weeks with no updates. I will say after I stopped in to the dealership and spoke to the Sales Manger I felt a lot better. I was back on track with the ordering process and updates. Then when the Jeep came in there was a small hiccup again. I was told the 2020 Jeep was ready and to come in and pick it up. I drove over there and after a long day of work and did a walk around and found out that the rear hitch wiring was not connected. So needless to say I could not pick up the Jeep that day because service was already closed. Then this person introduced him self to me from the detailing/ service side. He overheard the conversation and told me that they will make sure the jeep is completely detailed and ready to go and asked me what time I was coming in. I do apologize that I can not remember the names of the 2 amazing people that you have working there but I know you can easily figure it out. I was the first 2020 Jeep to be sold there Thank you again More
Steering issue reoccurring I went back to my dealership Cape coral CDRJ my service manager Brian Hunter met with me and documented my concerns. He was professional and curtious I went back to my dealership Cape coral CDRJ my service manager Brian Hunter met with me and documented my concerns. He was professional and curtious and sent my vehicle to be serviced. It was bought to his attention that my issue could not be duplicated. He was not Satisfied that I was unhappy and he offered me to drive with a repair service manager. That's when i met James Burns who took me for a ride advising me that his mechanics drove my vehicle and the same model to try and duplicate my issues. Mr Burns drove my vehicle while i explained what my issues were he was truly concerned and interested in resolving my concerns. We drove for 10 mins while i explained that my vehicle tracked to the left while driving forward at certain speeds and while in reverse it would track opposite to the rt. Mr Burns tried several scenarios and showed me i was rt and he would not return my vehicle until he corrected my issues. We drove back to the dealership and Mr Burns spoke with Mr Hunter at which time they gave me a loaner vehicle until my vehicle was fixed. I wrote this review because it's very rare with big dealerships to find such dedicated employees and I think they should be recognized for there curtious and professional attitudes and really caring about one of there customer's. They are an asset. One day later i got my vehicle back and couldn't be more pleased with my vehicle being fixed and I would recommend giving CDRJ a chance when buying a vehicle. Horrible To have breaks done on my Jeep was set on a price when I called it was this price and when I went it it jumped up 200$ so I just said forget it I told To have breaks done on my Jeep was set on a price when I called it was this price and when I went it it jumped up 200$ so I just said forget it I told them to put my car back together, I then got charged for one hour worth of work when the price jumped.
