Awesome Service Experience! My wife's Cherokee had some issues. We dropped our vehicle with Service Manger James Byrnes and also Dan Smith. After they took care of getting us a a My wife's Cherokee had some issues. We dropped our vehicle with Service Manger James Byrnes and also Dan Smith. After they took care of getting us a a rental, the Jeep was fixed by the end of the day, then the next morning I received a call by James and was informed that another drive-train issue existed, so they ordered a part and had us back on the road in a timely manner. I own a small cleaning business and I'm always preaching to my employees about quality and service which is how we gain more clients and business. I will use this POSITIVE example of how I was treated at Cape Coral Chrysler Dodge with my own employees. By far, I have never had such great service from any dealership in the years I have needed service. I will definitely recommend James and Dan for your service needs!
