Was not provided a spare key. Told to use Pop a Lock which charged me over $200. I couldn't even convince salesman to throw in a Jeep t-shirt. After salesman and I agreed to swap my old used stock tir which charged me over $200. I couldn't even convince salesman to throw in a Jeep t-shirt. After salesman and I agreed to swap my old used stock tires for the oversized new tires on new Jeep and swap my old black top for the new white I was quoted "out the door" price of 32k. I eventually changed my mind and agreed to accept Jeep in current condition, thereby reducing labor. I was charged $32,626. Should have been less but you saw I was in need of a Jeep. Gave me $6,500for my trade-in that you'll make over 10k profit on. More

We had made an appointment for a Saturday. Staff told us it might be done (recalls) if parts were available. Monday morning- not ready!!! This a work van. We live 1.5 hours away.
