This was my first visit to this dealership for service, my 2009 Ram being due for an oil change. Everyone I encountered was friendly and courteous, especially Ibrahim, the advisor who greeted me. Ram staff was ok But it took 8 weeks to repair my truck. was not happy with Chrysler parts dept I don't think they knew what they were doing I had transmission replace a year ago and it broke again. And wou was not happy with Chrysler parts dept I don't think they knew what they were doing I had transmission replace a year ago and it broke again. And would not give me a loaner.
