Mike was excellent. Kept me informed of progress. He went above and beyond any service person has done for me . I own 7 dodge /ram vehicles . Had a horrible experience. Ryan the service guy not professional and did not communicate the issues at hand. Promised my truck same day. I understand thing happen but they had it for 3 days and failed professional and did not communicate the issues at hand. Promised my truck same day. I understand thing happen but they had it for 3 days and failed to contact me and after 6 attempts to reach out to them I had to take personal time to get a ride there just to find out it would be another day. Then they were very adamant on trying to upsell me on other services. On day 3 they tried to refuse me for a loaner vehicle until I made it clear to everyone in there that their failure in honesty and communication would lead to me not meeting my own business obligations. He finally then approved a rental truck the next day that I had to pick up during hours I was supposed to be at work. When I arrived there was no truck reserved. The lady called Ryan to get another truck approved and he said no. So when I tried to call him, surprisingly he did not answer. So after finally retrieving my truck , after all said and done, my truck is having worse issues then before I brought it in. More

Went in for my water pump leaking, they ended up saying valve cover gasket was leaking aswell supposedly and fixed it and now I have a big oil leak from valve cover gasket they fixed dripping right onto my valve cover gasket was leaking aswell supposedly and fixed it and now I have a big oil leak from valve cover gasket they fixed dripping right onto my exhaust causing a burnt oil smell everytime driving. Brought in for them to fix the mistake and they want me to pay either a $150 diagnostic fee or pay my $200 deductible again in case it’s valve cover and it never had an issue before now blaming on the valve cover so it’s not a mistake on them. Very disappointed would think a dealership service would be a lot better or try to help out atleast after I just paid a week before that on an issue that I never had before it was touched. And the fact that I bought my vehicle from them and wouldn’t even be willing to help their customers out. More
