I received an email coupon from the dealership dated 3/5/2021 for a four oil change package of semi-synthetic oil for $59.95. It must be presented by 3/31/2021. I have attached the coupon. I called in the week of 3/22/2021 and asked for service. I told the person what I have and made an appointment for 3/30/2021. She told me to bring the coupon. Upon arriving, the attendant looked confused when I gave him the coupon. He informed me that the manager told him not to honor it. I asked to see the manager and he told me that they were no longer honoring the coupon, but wanted me to buy another package. Sounds like bait and switch. I told him that if he wanted to honor the coupon that I was sure he could and that I would not be buying any vehicle in the future from them. I would not believe anything said to you about service or buying a car, if they would not honor their own coupon. More
I’ll will never do business here again. Brought my Jeep in for a repair that was covered and approved by my $3000 extended warranty.
