I went to a few other dealerships in the area to get service on my vehicle and experienced judgement, bad attitudes and non competitive prices. I feel I'm being cheated. I bought a Chrysler Extended warranty and was told the most I would have to spend would be $100 per visit. Every time I bring the Pacifica in with a problem I'm told there will b warranty and was told the most I would have to spend would be $100 per visit. Every time I bring the Pacifica in with a problem I'm told there will be a $150 diagnostic fee for each problem and then if the car needs an "update" there will be a fee for that and none of this is covered by the extended warranty. Give me a break. The Pacifica occasionally bucks so hard it feels like you've been hit from behind, I was told this is because 2 different people drive the car and the transmission can't adapt to 2 people. You sold me a car that only 1 person can drive?? I was told I could pay $150 to relearn the transmission but that wouldn't really solve the problem! More
