Service was completed okay. It was afterward when I had to go back because my locking lug nut adapter was missing. I always place it in cup holder when I get service. I drove off without checking and fin to go back because my locking lug nut adapter was missing. I always place it in cup holder when I get service. I drove off without checking and finally noticed it wasn't where I left it. I pulled over and looked throughout my car. It wasn't to be found. I quickly returned and when I approached a service advisor regarding the situation they went back to mechanic and he came up and started arguing with me that they do not use customers adapters, they have there own. I asked why is mine missing then? He got grumpy and went back and got me mine or one of theirs. No apologies just attitude. I drive 30 minutes to this service center since they seem to know what their doing. They even forgot to reset oil remaining reminder [no biggie] but that just added to my frustration.Their customer service skills have decreased drastically over the year. I doubt I will go back there for service. More

Nice job. They changed the oil without haggling me to pay extra for the final quart (dealers sometimes say over 5 quarts cost extra and a Caravan uses 6). I pick up my vehicle, leave your facility only to read my paperwork stating there is no problem with the steering. at this point, i'm upset. I called & spoek to Robert yesterday to express my disappointment and he remembered our initial conversation well. I was asked to speak with the service manager at which point i left a message yesterday and my call has not been retuned. Reading online, there is A LOT of content about a "TSB recall" involving replacement of steering box assembly. Recall or not, my vehicle takes extra effort to keep in its lane while highway driving; vehicle also veers at slower speeds as well, its just not as noticable. Both my wife and daughter will NOT highway drive this vehicle. I would like a call back to discuss this matter further with the result this matter WILL be addressed as it is a considerable safety concern. this is my 3rd Jeep wrangler, '08 sold, '14 rubi still own and this vehicle. i'm very much aware of what is acceptable steering and what is not.
