A gorgeous ruby red 2015 Mustang convertible (Certified Pre-Owned) had caught my eye over the weekend so I ventured in on Monday to check it out. As I approached the door, Joey Gay opened it and greeted me warmly. From there we went outside to examine the car up close, and then came back inside to see if we could hammer out a deal. Negotiating was surprisingly uncomplicated. We arrived at what I felt was a fair deal so I took it for a test drive and made the decision to purchase it. Closing paperwork was handled just as professionally as the sale was and, in very short order, I was on my way home with my new ride. I couldn't have asked for a smoother transaction. More

When I decided to trade cars I elected to do so at Jim Snead Ford. I am so glad I did. The salesmen Mickey Painter was so patient with me letting me drive several cars and to be sure they fit in my small garage, that was a big concern of mine. Mickey is very knowledgeable and honest and puts you in the car of your choice. Jim Snead has a family atmosphere and I highly recommend this dealership. I tell my friends to ask for Mickey Painter, he will explain everything about your car. P.S. My sister in West Virginia purchased a Tahoe and she says she still doesn't know how to use half of the things her car can do. More
