Not pushy, finally a real place to buy a car I was recently looking to buy a car and happened to stop in as this was my first place of the day where my parents and I stopped. I looked at a car and really liked it but needed to see more places. Well Doug, one of their associates, called me 10 minutes later as we were to head out of town and came back. We said we wanted a NO SMOKING car and when looked into another vehicle he immediately told us not to even look at the vehicle as it reeked of cigarettes. They really are a group of great people. They make you feel like a special customer from the time you enter their lot. The sales person, Wayne Flood, was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, I got an excellent deal on my trade, and without any pressure whatsoever to make a purchase. Not helpful Unfortunately can't recommend this dealer's service center. My 2000 Taurus ignition switch locked up and didnt know what to do. I got it towed there and was recommended a $100 diagnosis for it along with more potential money and labor. I understand Shannon may have been preparing me for the worst, but I was hoping for some better insight on the switch from him claiming to be in the business for 30 years. Shannon also made me feel like an idiot when I told him what I was pretty sure what the problem was. He didnt seem customer focused at all. I eventually YouTubed the issue and fixed it myself in 10 minutes More
