Beginning in April, 2019 five engine light trips sent me to Service with Doug Kershner, Service Manager, who was wonderful each time, Finally in June, Mickey Painter, our original sales rep worked with us and with Ford and we got a brand new 2019 Escape. Problem with our 17 still not resolved but we are driving a safe new car.
