Great All Around Customer Service In the past 2 years I have purchase 3 vehicles, two jeeps and most recently a Ford F150 XLT. During this period I have spoken with more Sales people than I care to admit. That being said Mickey Painter (Sales person) exceeded all expectations and is the reason that I ended up buying the truck. When I first met Mickey he did not push me in to anything, simply answered my questions and pointed me in the right direction. Because of that I came back at a later date to discuss in more detail the potential of buying a new vehicle. I had a lot of questions and pretty much put him through the ringer as far as options and pricing. He was well prepared, actually listened to what I wanted, and most importantly he did not try to "screw" me on my trade in and he gave me a great price on a new truck, unlike previous experiences with other dealerships. Also, I would like to say that A.J. provided great information, explained everything thoroughly, and made the paperwork as painless as possible. As Mickey would say "there are no smoke and mirrors" at Jim Snead, and if you are looking for a no BS, straight forward, honest person to talk to about buying a Ford then I would highly recommend stopping by and seeing Mickey.
