excellent customer service I bought my rv from a camping world mainly because of their availability across the country. I am new to the rving life and have learned alot but still am learning, its is people like the ones at camping world in Strafford that have made this experience a less stressful one. Their customer service exceeds any I have experienced in a long time, they are quick with a solution and go that extra step to make you not feel like an idiot. Their service department is the best, Kami has been fantastically helpful. Tim Bumgarner is a wonderful example of customer service. I hope my experience with all camping worlds in the future end up being like this.....if so I made a great decision. Thank You Tim, Kami and all at Camping World in Strafford MIssouri. More

Patience and greatness!! Kennedy was great and he had a lot of patients with my wife and I going back and forth. Gave us space when needed and ended up working out a surprisin Kennedy was great and he had a lot of patients with my wife and I going back and forth. Gave us space when needed and ended up working out a surprising compromise with a new camper vs used. Kennedy's patience showed us something we never considered, but he listened to what I wanted and what my wife wanted and we found something that us and the kids love. We never thought we would buy a new camper and we actually were there to look at a couple used models, but the wife and kids were not happy with either of them. We let Kennedy know what we want and our concerns and the first new camper he showed us was loved by everyone and that was it. The greatness was the team Kennedy works with took care of us from beginning to end. It was a great experience buying our first brand new camper. It was worth the 2 hour drive to have the experience we did and I highly recommend Kennedy and his team. More

Keep in mind we did all this by phone calls, text and emails from Amarillo TX. I can only imagine how much better it would have been in person. The entire staff was great once we arrived in MO to pick it up and we are now proud owners of our new RV. More

When I decided a few months later that I would be happier in something smaller, KJ was again there for me in every way. He negotiated a fair trade in value for me and helped me navigate the process a second time. KJ was personable, knowledgeable, attentive, kind, helpful... he even went out of his way to pick me up at Enterprise car rental when I returned to get my personal vehicle after purchasing a Class C motorhome.
