Purchases and insurance quote. Greetings to all. After making several purchase today I also asked about a insurance quote from Antwan Sumter. He moved me over to Vitaly Dynes right Greetings to all. After making several purchase today I also asked about a insurance quote from Antwan Sumter. He moved me over to Vitaly Dynes right away to get the quote. He was very quick to get it started by making calls to Good Sam's for me. Another on the other end asked a few questions and was able to give me a quote very soon. No long wait or any delays. Both Antwan & Vitaly was very professional and will to help more that the normal sales force that you meet in a store. Not only the good help I am sure that I will be taking my camper insurance out with Good Sam's too. More

My husband and I have both called and left messages with our sales person and the service department with no response. Very disappointed and had hoped that what I had heard about Camping World and their service after buying was wrong but so far has been very accurate! More

Poor service on our new Salem Camper We purchased our new camper in August 2018 from Camping World in North Charleston, that experience was fine. But we noticed on our walk through the da We purchased our new camper in August 2018 from Camping World in North Charleston, that experience was fine. But we noticed on our walk through the day we picked it up there was some buckling/dinks/dents in metal siding by the door, which was very noticeable unless we kept the door open. We were told that day they would send out someone to fix this at our house. Great right? Well it is March 2019 and we are still waiting for the repair of the siding. What adds to our frustration with Camping World is that shortly after camping in our new camper we found 9 other items needing to be replaced or repaired. Including the new outside refrigerator that was not working. We arranged to have it serviced in October 2018 they would need a couple weeks for working out the warranty then fixing all 10 areas. We FINALLY received our camper back Jan 23, 2019, 4 months AFTER we brought it in and promised we would have it back in a couple weeks. YET the paperwork states a PROMISED DATE : Jan 30, 2019, this was made to look like Camping World was good on their word! My husband called numerous times to get an update sometimes not getting a call back. When we were told that it was still not complete “they dropped the ball” he involved the Service Manager, Lee Robertson. Mr Robertson promised to get all this taken care of and that he would give us a $50 gift certificate for all our problems. We nevered received the gift certificate. We got our camper back as I mentioned before yet the siding is still not repaired and our outside refrigerator the new one was not bolted down. My husband finally went to Camping World to pick up the bolts to fix the camper refrigerator himself. As I write this I became more upset and although I gave them 2 stars, I really want to make it 1 star!! I believe our next step is to go to corporate. Poor More

I brought my new Rockwood trailer trailer in for some minor adjustments. Although minor, they made me feel like these were issues that they would resolve. From Sonja the service writer, Lee the Service Manager and John the Repair Service Manager they listened to my concerns, pointed out how the would make the adjustments and completed the tasks in a timely manner to my satisfaction. I was greeted by name in passing by Jimmy the Sales Manager. Woody my Salesman followed up to see how everything was progressing. Very satisfied with Camping World of Charleston. More
pioneer rg26 Bought this camper from camping world in North Charleston and the experience was nothing to ever want again in a lifetime...just got a email 2 months Bought this camper from camping world in North Charleston and the experience was nothing to ever want again in a lifetime...just got a email 2 months later about the doorhandle being in wondering if they wanted to ship it to me or if could pick it up. I assume it also would have been ok to leave my brand new camper there for a few months right after I bought it... anyways. I was tricked into signing a contract for $2000 more than I ever agreed to by being told I needed to put down that $2000 to get the deal going. I was also tricked into paying for additional coverage saying that I had to have it to get the loan I recieved. The finance guy in the back that wouldn’t answer any of my questions and wouldn’t stop telling me about his life and all the places he’s lived just kept telling me to sign here until I got up to leave. Then he immediately got me a 2% better interest rate and swindled me into staying so I’ll admit I was the dumb one he left trick into still signing here to never be able to answer a question I asked. I wanted the toy hauler was the biggest problem and they knew it. Trust me they would’ve said anything they had to to not lose the deal. He was truly be the most dishonest one but I have no faith in anyone that receives a check from this location. not to mention the fees they charged me to setup the rv and all they did was put a battery on it and have the helper give it a quick wash. I’ll give this guy the most credit the one that washed and rinsed it. But I was told it would be all set up and unwinterised and shown how to do all of these things. Well thank the lord for YouTube because I figured it all out 4 trips later with no door knob. More

Kyle was very knowledgeable, polite, and precise with this walk through. He took his time to show us all of the functions of our new RV. He did not rush this and he answered all of our questions. Kyle put the finishing touches to an overall processes of purchasing a new camper!!! We left knowing the functions of this unit!! Great experience with Kyle. More
