My camper is thee month old 2024 on the second use the endless hot water would not work after troubleshooting the circuit board was fried I called they gave me a appointment I was on time they inspected s endless hot water would not work after troubleshooting the circuit board was fried I called they gave me a appointment I was on time they inspected said they would order a circuit board and call me the next they would never call I had great problems getting any one every one is not there or will call you back but they never did after three weeks of calls and pressure they called me in three hours to three small Philippine screws and five plug-in play plugs. They called me to inspect the very first thing I noticed they did not put the cover back on the circuit board. There was none they couldn’t find one. It didn’t come with one. I would not accept it. they finally took a cover off another unit and put it on. I was pissed. They called me a liar asked me if I’m sure I didn’t do anything with it. Susan Wilson on the verge of having a mental breakdown trying to handle these claims Super sorry Sammy is a liar and a xxxxxxxx artist he needs to be washing campers not behind the desk they honestly made me wish I never bought from them. I gave them guys $10,000 down. I deserve some sort of respect. never ever buy a camper Street out then you are super screwed I had to threaten to sick the on them then they started moving unless you like punishment, I would not buy there too late for me. The sales people are big liar will take your money and run your credit and 4 or 5 times and then tell you that you didn't qualify. Then you tell them you will pay over half of the total cost and still nee run your credit and 4 or 5 times and then tell you that you didn't qualify. Then you tell them you will pay over half of the total cost and still need a CO sign with an over 700 credit score. The. To find out that now It was sold to a family member or friend that works there. Stay far away from these people they such. I wouldn't trust them with your info. More
Camping World is a scam. They sold me a 2022 new RV that is in very bad shape. It even has a leaking roof! Several months ago, I emailed you about problems I was having with Camping World in North Charleston, SC. I have been trying to get issues resolved since March 2022 when I bought my 2022 Forrest River 400 having with Camping World in North Charleston, SC. I have been trying to get issues resolved since March 2022 when I bought my 2022 Forrest River 4007G2 toy hauler. First off I included in my purchase for a washer dryer and this model has a manufacturer defect of not having enough room to install one. So I had to settle for awning covers for my slides instead. My doors won't close right and latch correctly. They said it was a mistake from the factory puting in the wrong screws, what they did is make it worse. Now they are telling me they are going g to charge me $240. to come and fix an issue I have had since I bought it. I can not take it to them since I have put a permanent deck in front of my camper. Besides if you read the reviews, they take forever meaning months if you take it to them. This is my permanent home, I can not wait for months to have it fixed. The staff a t like they care when you talk to them, but do nothing. I have been calling for over a week now trying to talk to the Service Managet and he has refused to take my calls and call me back. I am over it, ready to tell everyone not to buy anything or use Camping world for nothing. This RV is my home, all I have and this is about to push me over the edge. Please someone help me, please.
