Amazing Staff We are a family that is taking up camping in an Travel Trailer for the first time. We first went to Campers Inn where we ended up being talked down to and disregarded in so many ways, as a result of our credit history. We then went to Camping World in Berkley Ma to check out various campers. We were met by a sales person Bob Slopak. He was super friendly and helpful, while he seriously helped us decide on which camper best suited our needs. After viewing a few different models, we finally settled on a Mallard. When it came to negotiated on the pricing and tried to get the lowest possible payment, Bob had us deal directly with the GM - Jerry to get us to the desired payment we needed to be at. We had some credit obstacles that had to be overcome, and Jerry went over a few different finance options with us. He is a super friendly and knowledgeable asset to the company, and so personable. After he finished making the finacial process work, he paired us up with Chris who finalized all the paperwork. He was super awesome too, he does talk a little fast, but super friendly. Overall we could not be more happy with the entire process, and all three of the staff members we got to meet. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a camper, hands down this is the most amazing staff that truly values your business and respects the customers like they should. More

Purchasing here not recommended I wished I read some of these reviews before we went there. Jean our sales person was great, right up until we signed papers. Then he dropped us lik I wished I read some of these reviews before we went there. Jean our sales person was great, right up until we signed papers. Then he dropped us like a hot rock. It took four week (28 days) before we were able to drive our new 2019 fifth wheel off the lot. So much for being a Good Sam Elite member . Sales department seem not to communicate with parts department, parts department seems not to communicate with service, no one wanted to communicate with the customer. If I knew the status I would not have been so frustrated with Camping World Berkley. Picking up our fifth wheel was another 3 plus hour adventure. Could not get any good answers on what work was done, when, and cost. Vent covers were wrong, parts ordered were not installed and put in the storage bay of the camper, battery was dead, and three running lights were out. Jean our sales person walked right by us, and he didn't even say hello. If he says he didn't know who we were, he should have. At that point I didn't care because we were dealing with service. Camping World what you can do is re-train your Berkley campus on customer communication, general internal communication, and your sales people that their job is not done until their customers are home and satisfied. On a positive note: The back shop folks we dealt with were great. Marina at the service counter was good, even if she told me things I didn't want to hear. She was straight, honest, and helpful. So far we really like our Cougar 25RES fifth wheel. And I'm liking the fifth wheel Super-Glide hitch. More

Buyer Beware Buyers Beware! I had a contract to purchase with a deposit on a sprinter rv from Camping World in Berkley, Mass. With no warning SOLD it to anothe Buyers Beware! I had a contract to purchase with a deposit on a sprinter rv from Camping World in Berkley, Mass. With no warning SOLD it to another party for higher sale amount. To be exact $13k higher. I was lied to stating that the RV needed to be serviced. Meanwhile they were preparing the RV for higher sale buyer. They then informed me after the higher sale that the RV was unsaleable. My wife and I had our travel plans in place to travel from Florida and we’re devastated. I’ve purchased many items from dealers in the past and have never been treated this way! Apparently Camping World in Berkeley, Mass. and the sales manager Jerry Cadorette don’t practice Business Ethics. If you have a chance to buy from another Dealership I would STRONGLY recommend. More
Nightmare To tell of the horrible experience with the service department at Berkley Campers World would be too long. To get warranty work done was a nightmar To tell of the horrible experience with the service department at Berkley Campers World would be too long. To get warranty work done was a nightmare. They do not answer their phone nor do they call you back. What should have taken a few days to repair, took 4 months and not all work was completed. I had a slight drip in a tankless hot water heater when I dropped off the RV. When I got it back from Berkley, the water gushed out like a fire hydrant and I was unable to hook up the water at all on my trip. When I called them, it took days for them to get back to me and all they said was that they could not replace the water heater because they were not authorized AND they thought someone had told me about the water issue??? Not a word was said to me so our trip was basically ruined. Whatever they did to it, made a small issue a big problem. After several attempts at speaking to someone, when I did finally get someone on the phone, I would hear excuses such as they were waiting for parts. I would call Jayco and inquire about the parts and they verified that the parts were already received. So I call Berkley back with this info and all of a sudden, they found the parts?!?? It was months and months of me nipping at their heels to get anything done. In closing, when I received my RV back, I noticed damage to the back as if it was backed into something. This happened at the Berkley Dealership. Will they take responsibility?? Of course not! RUN from this place as fast as you can. I hope to help another camper not go through what I did, dealing with this place. More
Problems after problems We purchased a 2018 keystone half to cougar, during walk thru noticed bunk molding was off and hanging, one vent on floor buckled, when we picked up t We purchased a 2018 keystone half to cougar, during walk thru noticed bunk molding was off and hanging, one vent on floor buckled, when we picked up trailer, everything looked ok, when we brought it to storage at campground went to give campground plate number, no plates which dealer said was on trailer, called, they were sitting on desk at dealership, extra trip to get them, this was our first week using new trailer, bunk molding off , all they did was hammer vent cover to flatten, noticed a chunk of wood missing on bathroom pocket door, 4 shades wont stay up, kitchen sink leaks soaking floor under cabinet, the spot in bedroom that states for TV to be hung, was 4 inches off, so drilled extra holes, door to outside kitchen the latches are broken. For what we pay for these trailers, shouldn’t have these issues, one more thing all the cards for the good sams clubs, were sent in wrong name, called 4 different numbers, still yet to receive new cards More
