I was not happy with the sales person. We had to keep on them about a few problems with the be camper we bought. Brand new.Still waiting to have a couple of items fixed. Great selection. Barbara was the epitome of a sales person. Highly knowledgeable knew about the product lines represented . Whatever you do, DO NOT BUY A USED MOTORHOME or TRAVEL TRAILER from this dealer. They lie, they hide problems, and then they hide behind their paperwork. We purchased a used Motor Home and within a wee TRAILER from this dealer. They lie, they hide problems, and then they hide behind their paperwork. We purchased a used Motor Home and within a week of bringing it home found the windshield leaks, all tires need to be replaced because they are six years old with flat spots and weak spots, (after being told by our sales agent they were new) they bays were rotted through, thermopane windows with failed seals, ceiling falling down, etc. We have been forced to start dumping thousands of dollars into this unit. This thing should not have been sold in the condition that it was. They could have gone through it and found all the issues I have and fixed them before placing on the lot. They didn't disclose these issues to us prior to purchase. Please do yourself a favor and stay far away. What was supposed to be our dream purchase after trading in our travel trailer is now becoming a nightmare. More

Upon arrival, after driving from EAST GREENBUSH, NY (which she knew) I was told that a. My appointment time was 2 and not 12 even though I had an email verifying I requested 12.   This caused us to waste even more time at your facility waiting for a sales associate until... b. Joe jumped right to the punch and told us this vehicle was CASH only and didn't want to waste his or our time if we didn't have $20,000 cash.  This should have been listed on the website or conveyed to us prior to the appointment as we would not have driven SIX hours round trip to look at that model.   3. Not only did Joe not continuously wear his mask, kept taking it down, but also had no clue what type of engine was in the model.  As a sales associate you should probably know what model is in a vehicle.   More
