She contacted Camping Wor this place 6 months ago. Within the 1st week of purchasing the camper, she noticed mold starting to grow in various places. She contacted Camping World to make them aware of the situation and CW had her bring the camper into their shop to "fix" the issue. They had replaced the carpet in the areas where the mold was but failed to fix the cause of the mold, which was a crack on the outside. So as you can guess, the mold came back. She has reached out to them several times as she is elderly and has existing health problems and all this mold is becoming a health risk as its getting worse. CW keeps giving her the run around each time she contacts them. Now that they have the sale, I'm assuming they don't really care about what happens to her. It's sad they took advantage of an elderly widow and she is out thousands of dollars. I will be contacting local news stations and the consumer affairs office to inform them of the shady practices of this "business" so others aren't put at risk. More

I trusted them to sell my RV, hoping for a hassle-free process, but I encountered numerous issues throughout the entire transaction. First and foremost, Camping World failed to meet their initial promises. They assured me that pictures of my RV would be posted online within a week, but it took over a month before I saw any online presence. When they finally posted the listing, the asking price was ridiculously inflated, far above the market value, making it practically unattractive to potential buyers. They also had a misleading "unlock special pricing" link, which I tested with a fake name and email, only to discover that the discount was a mere $100 off the listed price. What further aggravated the situation was their suspicious email tactics. After engaging with the fake inquiry, I received an email from Camping World suggesting that I look for a different RV, implying that my own RV wasn't worth considering. It was clear that they were not interested in selling my RV. Communication with Camping World was awful. I had to constantly reach out to them for updates since they hardly ever contacted me with progress reports or inquiries from potential buyers. They assured me that my RV would be detailed inside and out before the sale, but when I picked it up, it was in the same condition I left it, without any sign of cleaning or maintenance. To top it all off, they managed to lose my second set of keys, and I haven't heard a word from them regarding whether they've found them or not. My experience with Camping World consignment services was ruined by false promises, misleading pricing tactics, poor communication, and a complete lack of effort in selling my RV. I would strongly advise anyone considering their services to think twice and explore other options. I'm left feeling like they stole $500 from me in an effort to trick me into selling directly to them for pennies. More

I bought my unit brand new Forest River 280RTX in May of 2022. It’s been in and out of Camping World in and out since I purchased it. Recently, my unit has been at Camping World Fort Pierce since Jan 2, 202 2022. It’s been in and out of Camping World in and out since I purchased it. Recently, my unit has been at Camping World Fort Pierce since Jan 2, 2023 for warranty work to be done. I was able to finally see the unit a couple weeks ago for the first time and the water damage I brought it in for has become worse. And instead of trying to offer a buy back and refund me the entire purchase price they still have it in their maintenance department sitting there. The water damage is obvious and is worse than when I dropped it off. They suggested I file an insurance claim to total the unit instead so it’s back on me instead of them. Here it is almost the end of July and I still have yet to hear an update from corporate or the dealership if they are going to buy the unit back for the purchase price. This review is asking for a make but this one isn’t listed More

Don't ever purchase from Camping World unless you live close to the dealer. I purchased an RV in Nov 2022 and it has been nothing but problems. The AC continues to leak and they want to charge me over $ close to the dealer. I purchased an RV in Nov 2022 and it has been nothing but problems. The AC continues to leak and they want to charge me over $700 to come to me. They do not perform service on the weekends and I'm suppose to miss work because they sold me an RV that continues to have problems. This is by far the worst experience ever. Not to mention Heather is a huge jerk. That does not offer solutions all she does is push it off like its no concern to her. Incredible how they have someone so incompetent working with the public. Completely disgusted and will NEVER buy anything from them again. Customer service is TERRIBLE. I wish I would have read the reviews before. More

I should have purchased from Bretz RV...I paid close to 7500 (plus a deductible if you make a claim) more for a a warranty I argued about. I do my own maintenance and have never used an extended warranty for anything I have purchased new. Camping World scammed me, I've already made my own repairs on some of the deficiencies in construction...can I charge them for that? I'd say 7500 would do. I can't rate their service since I will not spend another penny with them, I'll be taking it elsewhere if needed; I'd rather spend more elsewhere. More
