Chad was excellent, unfortunately the vehicle I bought was supposed to have been inspected but in less than a week an item they said was inspected failed. All the mechanics I showed a picture to said ther was supposed to have been inspected but in less than a week an item they said was inspected failed. All the mechanics I showed a picture to said there was no way that particular part had been inspected. The failed part stranded my daughter an hour away. Luckily I was able to go fix it. I called the service dept to ask if that part had really been inspected and the person assured me it had. Now since I can’t trust what they told me was inspected, I will inspect what I can and spend even more money to have a trusted mechanic do a proper inspection. Update, Chad my salesperson went to bat for me with the manager and they have agreed to pay for the battery I had to get. Ratings updated to show the latest. More

This is the fifth vehicle we purchased from Jason at Campbell Ford. As usual, he has been excellent. We drive over an hour and a half to get to Campbell and it is all based on the service we receive for Campbell Ford. As usual, he has been excellent.
