I was very pleased with the customer service that I received from the service department. My air conditioning broke in May and had to wait until AUGUST 25 for the part to come in. This is my second vehicle I have leased through Campbell Ford and Erik Blad. Erik’s ability to make me feel comfortable and his no pressure approach is very welcoming.
