Their auto department doesn’t know how to fix the car they sold to me. I ask for a simple light change because I didn’t have my tools to do it and told me it would be a 2 hour job and $300 to change the they sold to me. Do not recommend getting anything fixed at this place. More

Had to buy new lug nuts because they were apparently swelling. According to Ford in the lawsuit against them, the lug nut “swelling” is caused by dealerships using the wrong tools to remove and replace swelling. According to Ford in the lawsuit against them, the lug nut “swelling” is caused by dealerships using the wrong tools to remove and replace lug nuts. Over torquing is also indicated as a cause. I have watched one of the techs at the dealership using an impact wrench to r&r my wheels. This is a good example of not using the right tool. I am displeased that I had to spend $120 plus tax to replace parts that the dealership damaged. Going forward, I will insist the dealership replace parts they damaged due to improper tool usage. More
