I am equally grateful and impressed by/with my experience with Erik Blad and the Campbell Ford dealership of Niles, Michigan. There is no question that Erik Blad has the "It" factor, and it made all the difference to my car buying experience. He was so kind, patient, informative, and supportive in my search and purchase that the entire experience, the entire process was seamless and positive from start to finish.
