Campbell’s is so accommodating. I needed an Oil change and didn’t have time to wait as I had to work. Shawna came to my house, picked up my car and delivered to the service dept for I needed an Oil change and didn’t have time to wait as I had to work. Shawna came to my house, picked up my car and delivered to the service dept for an oil change and tire rotation. She brought it back to my house a couple hours later with recommendations from the service department for maintenance needed in the near future which included detail of what was needed with pricing. I was completely satisfied with the service that I felt other dealerships don’t provide. I feel the entire team at Campbell Ford really strives to gain customer satisfaction.
